Lonely retailer seeks fun-loving licensor

The grocery retail channel landscape is being redefined as we speak. Discount stores are forecast to keep claiming market share from full assortment competitors and to go up-market to appeal increasingly to the mid-income segment. Big boxes are continuously losing relevance as online specialists present themselves as the more convenient alternative for non-food.
